Loss Control Risk Analysis Consultant fsim 
FSIM is a managing general underwriter for workers’ compensation in the food and agriculture industry in California.  The loss control risk analysis consultant we are seeking will be responsible for comprehensive risk assessment activities evaluating business operations for workers’ compensation insurance to establish plans in order to assist the insured in reducing accidents and injuries.  Territory coverage includes but not limited to the Central Valley and Salinas area.
Position requires knowledge of California workers’ compensation as it relates to the food and agriculture industries in California.   The successful candidate will have 1-5 years’ experience in risk assessment/loss control with a workers’ compensation insurance carrier or experience as a risk manager/loss control representative/consultant for a business operation.   Excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural – preferred.  Competitive salary, generous and comprehensive benefits package and a great work atmosphere.
