Minnesota prosecutors charge drywall company with workers’ comp fraud

Prosecutors have charged the husband and wife operators of a Minnesota drywall company with theft and insurance fraud for falsifying records to avoid paying workers compensation’ premiums. The owners of the company, which had sales of about $7.7 million from 2016 to 2017, avoided paying more than $300,000 in insurance premiums, according to the complaint. MPR News
