Workers’ comp bill in Tennessee special session
A bill in the Tennessee legislature would allow employees to file for workers’ compensation and prohibit discrimination on vaccine status. Wyoming: Casper has paid 227 employees for getting vaccinated in first month of incentive program
Since the city of Casper, Wyoming began its COVID-19 vaccine incentive program for employees at the start of the month, 227 city employees have claimed their money, according to the city manager. The voluntary program will pay any city employee, full or part time, $250 for becoming fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, and another $50 for receiving a booster shot. Casper Star Tribune
How will the new vaccine mandate for businesses work?
The Department of Labor is finishing a rule requiring businesses with more than 100 employees having to be fully vaccinated or take a COVID test every week and it can be expected to be put in place within the near future.
