Special investigators with the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba reach a dead end in their search for former employees of U.S.-based W.R. Grace who may have been exposed to asbestos-laden vermiculite decades ago. Grace manufactured the Zonolite brand of insulating material at two Winnipeg processing plants between the 1940s and 1980s. Safety-Minded Businesses to Share Rebate
Dayton, Ohio-area businesses that fulfilled the requirements of a safety incentive program will share in a more than $1 million rebate, as each is eligible to receive a 4 percent rebate on Bureau of Worker’s Compensation programs.
