Tampa banker says requested vaccination exemption cost him his job

A Tampa banker is suing his former employer, for whom he worked for seven years, claiming he was fired three hours after submitting a religious exemption to a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. But his former employer argues he would have lost his job anyway for allegedly recording conversations with other employees without telling them, and cursing at a company executive. Be mindful of movement to prevent injuries in farmwork

Whether milking cows, operating a tractor, harvesting crops by hand, carrying heavy loads, or doing a number of other chores, farmers and ranchers are at risk of developing injuries caused by repetitive motion. Fatigue, long hours, and working in hot or cold conditions are contributing factors. Injuries occur with overuse and without adequate recovery. t’s difficult to pinpoint how many farmers are dealing with these injuries, because many just work through the pain, but according to the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center, three-quarters of dairy workers report an injury like this every year.
