California Group Decries Workers’ Comp Ballot Initiative
A coalition of business and other interests, Californians Against the Job Killer Initiative, on Wednesday criticized the Fair Medical Treatment for Workers Act, which would undo some workers’ compensation reforms by allowing injured workers to choose their own doctors.
