CRM to Surrender License in Settlement
Compensation Risk Managers LLC, also known as CRM, will surrender its license to run self-insured workers’ compensation trusts, the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board announces. North Dakota Agency Adjusts PTD Rates for Inflation

Oil Rigger Unfairly Stiffed, Wyoming High Court Rules
The Wyoming Workers’ Compensation Division improperly denied benefits to a former Wyoming oil rig worker who was disabled in a workplace accident in 1984, a unanimous Wyoming Supreme Court rules. The division should not have counted the income of the worker’s wife in calculating whether he was entitled to extended permanent and total disability benefits, according to the court.
