Good News for Oregon Employers
The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced last week that for the third straight year, most employers in the state will pay less for workers’ compensation coverage: the “pure premium” rate cost will be cut almost 6 percent in 2009, marking the 19th year with no rate increase.
