In a suit just filed by Zenith National Insurance Corp. in Orange County Superior Court and obtained by the Executive, Homayoun Saeid, M.D and Bristol Medical Clinic among others are named as defendants.Zenith attorney Dennis Kass of Manning, Marder, Kass, Ellrod and Ramirez told the Executive that one of the defendants named at the last minute is Fred Khalili, a chiropractor who has had his license revoked for a number of fraudulent acts and has faced prosecution in other states.Ze
