The Workers' Compensation Fraud Assessment Commission votes to approve an aggregate spending amount of $40,977,541 for the California Department of Insurance and the district attorneys for their anti workers' comp fraud efforts in fiscal year '06-'07. District attorneys will be receiving $2 million more than last fiscal year but will still be short of their requested total funding for this coming fiscal year.
