OAKLAND-The Commission on Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation today adopts an analysis written by the Commission staff on changes to the current Permanent Disability Rating Schedule. The Commission voted to adopt the report with an addenda allowing seven more days of public comment after which the report and addenda will be forwarded to the legislature for its consideration.
