SAN DIEGO -- Bill Mudge, president and chief executive officer of Golden Eagle Insurance Corp., has informed company employees that he will leave the company Nov. 24. Mudge, 42, was hired in November 1997 to steer the ship of Golden Eagle after Liberty Mutual bought the business of the conserved Golden Eagle Insurance Co.
