Clayton R. Jackson, for many years the insurance industry's lead legislative strategist who was convicted of conspiracy related bribing former State Senator Alan Robbins has won a partial victory in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.The court has ordered a probe of possible jury tampering and its effect on the Jackson's trial.
