Suspended Providers
The Division of Workers’ Compensation is flexing the power the California Legislature granted it last year to crack down on medical provider fraud and get bad docs out of the state’s workers’ comp system. To this end, the Division keeps suspending providers from the workers’ comp system for fraud, abuse and other bad behavior and we have the up-to-date list of who is out. Bleow is the full list.
