The Montana Supreme Court says that an injured worker cannot sue his former employer, whom he says allegedly turned him in for fraud in a related case. The Conoco refinery paid the injured worker, Peter Shermer, a $1.9 million judgment six years after he was permanently injured by exposure to hydrogen gas.
