A group of Arizona business leaders plans to introduce a constitutional change to counter an adverse workers' comp ruling on drugs and alcohol on the job. An Arizona Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that a worker injured on the job still can collect benefits even if under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.
