A.M. Best Co. has affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and the issuer credit rating of "a-" of SeaBright Insurance Company, of Seattle. Concurrently, A.M. Best also has affirmed the ICR of "bbb-" of SeaBright's holding company, SeaBright Insurance Holdings, Inc.. The outlook for all ratings is stable.
