Best Co. has announced that it has removed from under review and affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and the issuer credit rating of "a-" of Folksamerica Reinsurance Company. The New York City company is a member of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. The outlook for both ratings is stable.
