The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation has announced the hiring of a new chief of staff, Catherine M. Moseley, who will be responsible for helping the bureau implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and a framework for management to evaluate internal controls. Moseley also will oversee internal auditing, ethics and risk management.
