Applicants' attorneys-funded injured-workers group, Voters Injured at Work, is pulling up its Sacramento stakes and relocating to Southern California to maximize its financial resources, according to a news release. Spokeswoman Peggy Sugarman, who used to be the group's executive director, says now that she's no longer as actively involved as before that there was no longer a need to maintain the main office in Sacramento.
