STURTEVANT -- A black female worker at the S.C. Johnson & Co. factory here filed a discrimination lawsuit saying that she was subjected to racial and sexual harassment by a male co-worker.The court dismissed the case on the basis that much of the harassment had occurred outside of the workplace or too long ago.The judge in the case also noted that the accused treated all of his co-workers badly!
