The California Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau has made two recommendations for substantial pure premium rate increases for California employers effective January 2002.The first recommendations contemplates the veto of this year's benefit increase bill - SB71 - and related trailer bills, and it would raise published pure premium rates by 10.2 percent.
