Flash Report: Echeverria Case Published, Sets Precedent

The First District Court of Appeal in California yesterday agreed to State Compensation Insurance Fund's request to publish the Echeverria case, the first appellate court decision addressing at least one of the circumstances under which the new Permanent Disability Rating Schedule applies.
