Governor Schwarzenegger is appointing Kathleen Webb, 46, of Sacramento, as director of the Office of the Insurance Advisor. Webb is currently the California legislative specialist for State Farm Insurance where she has served since 1986, previously serving as a claims manager and insurance agent.
