NCCI president Bill Schrempf has resigned his position. In the immediate wake of the September 11th disaster Schrempf banned employees from displaying American flags in their cubes. Schrempf's flag rule also had the company confiscating flags from employees' desks.The resulting hue and cry included more than 700 angry e-mails and phone calls chastising Schrempf for his edict.
