The Office of Administrative Law disapproves the Predesignation of Personal Physician emergency regulations saying that the inconvenience of injured workers not being able to choose a personal physician does not rise to the level of an emergency, according to the Division of Workers Compensation. DWC says predesignation emergency regulations are crucial to avoiding disputes and expediting medical care, and it plans to challenge OALs ruling to the governors Legal Affairs Office.From the
