Flash Report: Supreme Court Rebuffs California State Fund
The Supreme Court yesterday declined to review an Appellate Court ruling which holds that State Compensation Insurance Fund must be fair to California business. It's a case of the the same old SCIF managers doing the same old things they did during the Tudor regime. This time State Fund's actions have cost policyholders -- some 200,000 California businesses -- an estimated $10 each.
