Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ratings on CIGNA Corp. and its lead operating subsidiary, Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. Fitch has also assigned an 'A' insurer financial strength rating to CIGNA Life Insurance Company of New York and CIGNA Worldwide Insurance Company. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
