SAN FRANCISCO -- Upon the request of upper management and the board of directors, Tim Mooney, chief executive officer of HIH America Compensation & Liability Insurance Co., has left the company.In an April 12 company memo obtained by the Executive, HIH Insurance Group President Peter McCarthy informed HIH America's staff that Mooney had been let go.
