RICHMOND -- Lawmakers in Virginia have passed a bill loosening the workers' compensation regulations governing large risks, a trend that has caught on around the nation.Passed unanimously by the legislature's House, the bill would ease regulations for workers' comp risks in the premium range of $250,000 and above.
