Vermont Docs Protest Payment Freezes

As if it doesn't get cold enough, Vermont's Labor Department is freezing workers' comp payments at 1995 levels. And workers' comp reimbursements are already at the low end, Vermont doctors say.Vermont Medical Society says rates proposed by the Department are much too low and will discourage doctors from taking workers' comp cases.
