Continuing to bet big on the California workers' comp market, billionaire Warren Buffett, owner of Berkshire Hathaway is purchasing workers' comp claims and underwriting management companies American All-Risk Insurance Services (AARIS) and American Commercial Claim Administrators (ACCA). The companies are being acquired by Columbia Insurance Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, according to a news release.
